• By purchasing the commission from the artist (azribee), the client (you) both acknowledges and accepts the Terms Of Service to be listed. If you are not comfortable with the stated T.O.S, the client may not commission the artist.

I, as the artist...,
• Have the right to refuse commissions for any reason.
• Have the right to log and record any and all conversations about the commission.
• Have the right to draw personal work while doing your commission.
• Have the rights to post the finished commission work in any form and on any platform unless client requests otherwise. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) incurs additional costs.
• Have the rights to stream the commission process on Twitch unless the client requests otherwise.
You, as the client..,
• May NOT sell, claim, or distribute the artwork as your own.
• May NOT use my art for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cryptocurrencies, and/or Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
• May print the commission for personal use.
• May edit, crop, resize, or print the commission WITH credit to the artist.
• May post the commission to your own websites WITH credit to the artist.
• May request minor edits to the finished commission. Major revisions will cost extra
Usage
• Listed prices are for personal use only, with the excemption of Emotes and Stickers.
• The base price of emotes and stickers already include their commerical cost; however, using them outside of their purpose as emotes (i.e. putting an emote or sticker as merch to sell) incurs additional commercial cost.
• Commercial use will incur a 1.5x increase in pricing.
• Commercial usage is to be discussed and disclosed to the artist.
• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
• AI usage is strictly forbidden.

Payment
• Half payment is given upon approval of the sketch, with the remaining half being given before the artist surrenders the download link and HD versions of the file to the client.
• Payments are done through Paypal or GCash; in cases the client cannot use either, an exception will be made to use Ko-Fi
• Once the commission is finished and no further revisions are requested, a full resolution, non-watermarked file will be delivered through a Google Drive link.
Process
• Usual Commission turn around time is 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on my college workload; If the final piece is not delivered within 90 days, the client has the right for a refund.
• Please provide clear reference/s of the character/s to be drawn. Characters and designs can be drawn from description only, but will incur a fee for the process of such.
• Progress pictures will be provided upon request, and can be requested at any time. All screenshots will be watermarked.
(1) Sketch PhaseAn image of the commission sketch. Major revisions with no additional fees can only be done during this phase.
(2) Flats PhaseAn image of the lined and flat colored commission.
(3) Render PhaseAn image of the finished commissions with details (i.e. shading, lighting).
Revision Policy
• Client gets 3 free minor revisions every phase after the sketch, any additional revisions will incur additional fees. Minor revisions include but are not limited to: color changes, limb adjustment, small accessories.
• Major revisions after the sketch phase will incur additional fees. These include but are not limited to: over all outfit change, overall pose change, large accessories.
• There will be no revisions after the finished commission download link has been sent.

A rounded style, with the option of either defined, or simple eyes! A simple background is included.

✿ Sharp Style
A sharper style, very similar in proportion to A.1, but made of sharper angles and slightly more muted colors. A simple background is included.

A smoother, more exagerated style best used for emotes and discord stickers!
